We offer a LIGHT package consisting of all the currently active contracts (approximately 600 contracts) and a DEEP package made up of ALL historical contracts (approximately 10,000 contracts) which includes all currently active contracts (those found in the Light package). Note that we do not offer
any software to link the Light/Deep history commodity contracts together. If you need continuously linked series please checkout our
CLC Database.

This package includes the commodity contracts that are currently trading at the time of the order. This is approximately 360 contracts that covers 70 commodities. You will receive the entire history of each contract which can range from a few days for "new born" contracts out to 1 to 2 years for contracts nearing expiration. These contracts are current to the day of order and can be updated with our Update Service. DEEP HISTORY OF INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS (approx. 8,000 contracts)This package is big - ALL of the historical contracts for the 70 commodities we follow are in this database - approximately 8,000 of them, some back to 1969. The currently active contracts contained in this collection are current to day of order and can be updated by our Update Service. The Deep History contains the following:1. Complete set of ASCII files, ready to use. (OPEN, HI, LOW, CLOSE, TOT VOL, CONTRACT OI) 2. Complete set of METASTOCK files, ready to use. (OPEN, HI, LOW, CLOSE, TOT VOL, CONTRACT OI) 3. Software is included that will allow you to copy a portion or all of these contracts to your hard drive specifying various parameters like Starting Date, Data Format, File Folders, File Naming Convention, etc. It will also allow you to substitute TOTAL OI in place of CONTRACT OI. The currently active contracts transferred to your hard drive can be updated with our Update Service. The starting dates for the Deep History package are the same as the dates for the CLC Database.
